You can always return the product you have bought within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Please note the return product must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Simply contact us with a brief explanation and we will arrange our delivery partner to collect the product from you.
Product damage when it arrives
All products are subject to rigorous supervision before they are delivered, so quality of our products is guaranteed and damage is rare. However, if you are not happy with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with some photos of the damage. Our team will assess the damage and, if authorised, we will arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a refund or order you a replacement.
How long will I get the refund?
We will issue the refund straightaway after receipt of the item, and your account should be credited within 10 working days, depending on how you paid.
